Who will do my cleaning?
Our carefully selected, vetted, and rigorously trained staff usually work in teams. This ensures the work is carried out efficiently and effectively. We endeavour to ensure the same team for you each time.
What days and hours can I have my premises cleaned?
Our teams work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7.00 pm. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public bank holidays.
We are available on Saturdays between 9 am and 12 noon for quotes.
Do I need to worry about Health and Safety or other employment legislation?
No, not at all. We deal with all that for you. Our staff are trained in working practices to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.
How will I recognise your staff?
All our staff will be wearing our uniforms, which display the company logo. Our customised vehicles also carry our logo.
What happens to my personal details?
We are fully registered for Data Protection with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), and our registered number is ZB337230. You can view our Privacy Policy here.
BILLING AND
PRICING
Payments
We accept cash and bank transfer.
For end of tenancy cleans, deep cleans and/or if this is your first clean with Bang Tidy we respectfully request payment in advance. If payment is not received Bang Tidy will assume that the appointment is no longer required.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us no less than 48 hours notice before the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee 50% of the total job applies if you fail to notify us.
All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking will be offered an alternative appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged and no alternative offered.
Late Payments
We charge 10% of the total amount of the invoice which is reoccurring every 7 days until the invoice is paid. This is to cover the additional costs incurred as a result of chasing payments.
INSURANCE AND CLAIMS
Insurance
We insure all work undertaken by our cleaning operatives. Our insurance covers damages that are caused by our staff.
Note that we cannot be held responsible for existing damages.
Liability
Bang Tidy shall not be liable for carpets expanding or ripples forming during and/or after the cleaning when this is as a result of factors such as fibre content, wear and tear, weak backing and/or poor fitting.
Bang Tidy shall not be responsible for a poor result in cleaning where this is a result of considerable wear and tear, or staining to the carpet fibres prior to a service being carried out.
Bang Tidy shall not be liable for any odours arising during and/or after cleaning when this is due to factors such as, lack of ventilation, and/or appropriate heating.
Bang Tidy are not liable for any damages caused by faulty products/equipment provided by the customer.
Bang Tidy is not liable for any wear or discolouration of fabric that becomes more notable once dirt is removed.
Bang Tidy shall not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of the customer placing furniture on a carpet which has not completely dried.
Bang Tidy are not responsible for any existing damage to Clients property in the form of old stains/burns/spillages etc. which cannot be cleaned/removed completely by the cleaning operative using the industry standard cleaning methods.
Claims
The customer agrees that due to the nature of the service that Bang Tidy provide we can only correct any problems reported within 24 hours of the completion of the service.
If the Client or his/hers representative confirms that they are happy with the job done, this is considered as successful.
Bang Tidy may require entry to the location of the claim within 24 hours to correct the problem.
While the Bang Tidy operatives make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. For this specific reason, Bang Tidy requests all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away.
