This week, during what was booked as a routine end-of-tenancy clean, our team arrived to find an unusual number of flies in the property. On closer inspection, they identified an area that sadly indicated someone had passed away.
Using our on-site technology, the team immediately took photographs and updated our office. After a few calls, it was confirmed that the tenancy had ended due to the tenant’s passing.
This changed the entire scope of the work — but thanks to the incredible business we’ve built, our team knew exactly what to do.
Within an hour, all carpets were safely removed as they had been affected by fly larvae. A full deep clean was then carried out using specialist equipment including a deodoriser, fogger, and ozone machine — all readily available to our team.
